RIDING

EXPLORE THE HIGH DESERT WITH US

Riding at Kenyon Ranch includes both slow and fast rides for varying equestrian skill levels—from beginner to advanced. To the west of the ranch, you’ll ride in the foothills of the Tumacacori Mountains, surrounded by awe-inspiring desert views all around you. At a 3200-foot elevation, ocotillo and mesquite trees populate this high desert grassland surrounding the ranch.

To the east, you can explore the Santa Cruz River and other seasonal waterways. Ride on parts of the historical Anza Trail from Tumacacori National Historical Park to the Tubac Presidio State Park, and follow in the footsteps of Juan Bautista de Anza, Captain of the Tubac Presidio who traveled this path in 1775 from Mexico through California and Arizona.
